Parkade drain cleaning
Useful for strata and commercial buildings with trench drains, ramp drains, sump areas or repeated pooling before rain.

Hydro jetting and line flushing for blocked storm lines, perimeter drains and downstream catch basin outlets across the Lower Mainland.
Hydro jetting addresses the restriction inside the line, not just the basin. It is the next step when water cannot leave through the outlet or a drain keeps backing up after cleaning.
High-pressure flushing removes the blockage but does not show you the pipe condition underneath. A CCTV camera run after jetting reveals root intrusion points, pipe offsets, bellies holding sediment, or cracked sections that will cause the same backup within months. Catching a structural issue now avoids emergency excavation later.
Cleaned but still backing up?
Hydro jetting is the right tool when a cleaned basin cannot move water through the downstream storm line. The cleaned-but-still-backing-up guide explains when jetting should be paired with camera inspection, especially for repeat backups, root intrusion, pipe bellies or unknown outlet routes.

Parkade trench drains, ramp drains and low-point catch basins need a slightly different checklist than an open parking lot. If water is near doors, elevator lobbies, electrical rooms or storage areas, use the parkade request path.

If the basin refills with standing water within days of being vacuumed, or if the outlet pipe shows no flow when flushed, the downstream line is restricted. Hydro jetting is the right tool when sediment, roots or compacted debris have built up inside the pipe itself — not just in the basin sump.
Jetting pressure and nozzle type are selected based on pipe material and diameter. Fragile or partially collapsed pipe sections are a reason to run a camera first — jetting into a structurally compromised line can worsen the damage. If there is any uncertainty about pipe condition, we recommend inspection before jetting.
Yes. Perimeter drains, weeping tile and French drain systems can be flushed if there is accessible cleanout or entry point. We assess the entry point and pipe size on site before committing to a jetting run. If the line is too deteriorated or the entry is blocked, we flag that before starting work.
