Parkade drain cleaning
Useful for strata and commercial buildings with trench drains, ramp drains, sump areas or repeated pooling before rain.

CCTV storm and sewer camera inspections, private drainage tracing and locate support for catch basin and storm drain issues.
Site-confirmed scope
The starting scope is to identify a usable entry point and inspect the reachable line. Cleaning, electronic locating, depth estimates and repair planning depend on visibility, signal conditions and what the camera finds.
When the camera shows a possible collapse, failed outlet, offset or damaged riser, use those findings to scope repair access and responsibilities. Excavation, daylighting or contractor coordination is discussed after the failure point and site constraints are understood.
Cleaned but still backing up?
Camera inspection is most useful after cleaning or jetting restores visibility in the line. Use the seven-sign camera inspection guide to decide whether CCTV is the practical next step. If water remains high after basin cleaning, the cleaned-but-still-holding-water guide explains when outlet flushing should come first.

Parkade trench drains, ramp drains and low-point catch basins need a slightly different checklist than an open parking lot. If water is near doors, elevator lobbies, electrical rooms or storage areas, use the parkade request path.

Plan commercial maintenanceService FAQ
Many standard storm and sewer laterals can be inspected with a push camera when there is a usable entry point and the line is passable. Small-diameter weeping tile, tight bends, heavy debris or missing access can limit reach. Feasibility is reviewed from the available pipe and site details before the inspection scope is confirmed.
Reporting needs should be confirmed when the inspection is requested. Ask for the required format—such as a written summary, available footage or marked reference points—so recording and delivery expectations can be included in the agreed scope.
Camera inspection with line tracing can help indicate probable routing or where an accessible private line appears to terminate. Results depend on camera reach, visibility and signal conditions; formal engineering surveys and public utility locates are outside the service scope.
